Christian McBride (born May 31, 1972, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American jazz bassist. McBride is considered a virtuoso, and is one of the most recorded musicians of his generation; he has appeared on more than 300 recordings as a sideman. He is also a four-time Grammy award winner.
