A capella group The Idea of North in a discussion with Andrew Ford on The Music Show.

Sydney-based a Capella quartet The Idea of North (TION) dropped in to the ABC Studios for a discussion about their career and repertoire.  They also performed some live tracks in the studio.

The Idea of North are an Australian a cappella vocal ensemble, founded in Canberra in 1993. The group's name is taken from radio broadcasts of pianist Glenn Gould. The group are generally referred to as a jazz quartet, but sing a wide variety of styles including, but not limited to, jazz, pop, R&B, classical, folk, soul and gospel.
