'Save Live Australian Music' is celebrating Australia's thriving music scene... with over 100 venues participating around the country.

The 2012 National SLAM Day is held on Thursday, February 23 in over 100 venues across Australia.

There are plenty of Jazz performances on the bill, including gigs from Andy Sugg, Adrian Mears, Chuck Yates, John Harkins and Elixir to name a few.

Why dont they bring this to Japan? They have Osaka music festival in the summer but id like to see more international acts.
