On Jazz Up Late: 'Of Other Narratives', with more recordings from Australian composer and percussionist Phil Treloar's personal archives.

Our main highlight this week is the new volume in Phil Treloar's Of Other Narratives series. Volume 3 features two recordings with Phil's late '80s improvising quartet 'Feeling To Thought' with bassist Steve Elphick and saxophonists David Ades and Mark Simmonds. We'll hear their 1988 collaboration with the 'Conservatorium of Tasmania String Orchestra' conducted by Christian Wojtowicz.

Plus, the John Surman/Jack DeJohnette duo, 'The Melody Four, Pat Metheny Unity Band', Wadada Leo Smith, the Mike Nock/Laurence Pike duo, 'Trio M' and Melbourne ensemble 'Logic'.
