The first features the celebrated and enormously influential 'second classic quintet' led by Miles Davis recorded during a European concert tour - most of the music from which has only been available as bootlegs before. We'll hear a performance by Miles of Footprints with Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter and Tony Williams recorded in Antwerp, Belgium on October 28, 1967.
And the second is a previously unissued concert recording of the last performance by the classic Dave Brubeck Quartet with Paul Desmond, Eugene Wright and Joe Morello given on December 26, 1967 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
