Drumming powerhouse Mark Guiliana leads the way on a new album with his 'Jazz Quartet' - dedicated to his home state of New Jersey.

Following on from his 2015 record Family First, the Mark Guiliana Jazz Quartet pay homage to their leader's home state New Jersey, where Mark grew up and still resides. We will also hear some other new releases on the show, including an album by Canberra bassist Brendan Keller-Tuberg and another from US saxophonist Tim Armacost.

Plus, there's more from our recent recording of the Carla Bley trio, captured at the 2017 Melbourne International Jazz Festival.
