Enrico Rava
Page added Feb 24, 2012 Updated Mar 2, 2012

The trumpet takes centre-stage... with Enrico Rava's hauntingly lyrical approach to the instrument on this week's feature album, 'Tribe'.

Scott Tinkler’s bold trumpet matches the powerful singing of Korea’s Bae Il Dong on the new Chiri album, while Chris Botti’s sound is sleek and highly polished.

You’ll also hear from singer Chris McNulty, Lulu Gainsbourg (son of Serge Gainsbourg) and, to add 4 more trumpets to the mix...  The Vanguard Jazz Orchestra.
