Jessica Nicholas features the debut release by New Zealand-born pianist Steve Barry, and the new one from Melbourne saxophonist David Rex.

We’ll also sample tracks from the latest albums by trumpeter Dave Douglas and bassist Avishai Cohen.  And we pay tribute to Dave Brubeck, the pioneering and hugely popular jazz pianist and composer, who passed away this week.
