Further to my earlier comment, the following Youtube concert featuring trumpeter Avishai Cohen is a beauty:
Avishai Cohen quartet @ D'Jazz Nevers Festival
Extraordinary musicianship all round. Drummers will be in awe of Jonathon Blake!
By the way, the bass player of the same name in incredible too.
Happy listening/viewing to all,
Christopher Lynch.

This man's trumpet sound is absolutely sublime! His tasteful control along, particularly in terms of mute use, is heartbreakingly lovely. A true musical explorer is Mr Cohen. This compelling new album with emphatically supportive musicians on board, is a must-get for me.
